Deposit & Cancellation Policy

The Blue Spice Samui is the trading name of the restaurant legally owned and operated by Med3D (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (บริษัท เมด3ดี (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด), registered at 24/37 Moo 5, Bo Phut, Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand, DBD registration number 0845567007631.
Reservation Deposit
Normal restaurant deposits are per reservation, never per physical table. Low season (16 April–30 June and 1 September–19 December): 1–5 guests THB 1,000; 6–9 guests THB 2,500; 10+ guests THB 5,000. High season (20 December–15 April and 1 July–31 August): 1–5 guests no deposit; 6–9 guests THB 2,500; 10+ guests THB 5,000. Any paid deposit is credited to the final bill. Festive tickets and event-specific payment rules are separate.
When a required deposit applies, confirmation follows verified payment. No-deposit bookings may confirm immediately, subject to availability.

Cancellation Terms
Full Refund
Normal table deposits are refundable when cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation, and non-refundable within 24 hours. Contact the team for existing-booking changes or cancellations. Festive ticket terms remain separate.

Deposit Forfeited
If a reserved table is not attended and no cancellation has been communicated, the deposit is forfeited. If you know you cannot attend, please contact us as early as possible — we appreciate the notice and will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Exceptional Circumstances
If the fire show is cancelled while the restaurant remains open, your reservation and deposit remain valid and credited to the bill. You may move the reservation and deposit to another date.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your reservation, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to move your booking to another available date, and your deposit remains valid for the new date.
