This notice describes how The Blue Spice communicates by email in connection with table reservations made through this website.

1. Who Sends Email on Our Behalf

Email communications related to your reservation are sent by our reservation management system, which is operated by Replit and uses Resend as the email delivery provider. The Blue Spice does not operate its own email server.

2. Current Email Communications

The following email communications are currently active and operational:

When you submit a reservation request, our internal team receives an email notification. This email is sent to The Blue Spice staff only — it is not sent to you.

3. Planned Email Communications — Not Yet Live

The following email flows are planned but are not currently sent. They will only be activated after separate technical certification and, where required, additional guest consent:

An email confirming your reservation details. Currently queued in our system but not delivered.

24-Hour Follow-Up

Before any of the above email flows are activated, this notice will be updated to reflect what is being sent and why.

4. How We Use Your Email Address

The email address you provide when making a reservation is used only:

To associate your reservation with a guest record in our reservation system.
To send you booking-related communications, where those are active.
To allow our team to contact you about your booking if required.

We do not add your email address to any marketing list, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for any purpose unrelated to your reservation.
