Reservation Policy

1. When a Reservation Is Required

A reservation is required for the Beachfront Evening Experience — our sunset dining, fresh seafood, cocktails, live music and fire show on Choeng Mon Beach.

Walk-in guests are welcome throughout the day for beach days, casual dining and wellness treatments, subject to availability. We recommend contacting us in advance via WhatsApp for any daytime visit to ensure preparation.

2. How to Make a Reservation

The easiest and fastest way to reserve is via WhatsApp:

3. Confirmation

Your reservation is only confirmed once a deposit payment has been received (see our Deposit & Cancellation Policy). You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp confirming your date, time and party size.

4. Table Holding Policy

Reserved tables are held for 15 minutes past the agreed arrival time. If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance via WhatsApp. After 15 minutes without communication, we reserve the right to release the table.

5. Group Bookings

For groups of 8 or more guests, we kindly ask you to contact us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your group comfortably. Special arrangements, set menus and event-style packages are available for larger groups.

6. Special Requests

Please inform us at the time of booking of any special requests including dietary requirements, food allergies, seating preferences, special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries) or accessibility needs. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee all requests in advance.

7. Modifying a Reservation

To modify the date, time or party size of your reservation, please contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. We will confirm modifications subject to availability.
