1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting The Blue Spice venue, using our website, or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations

The Beachfront Evening Experience requires a reservation and a refundable deposit. Walk-in guests are welcome for beach days and casual dining subject to availability. Reservations are confirmed only once a deposit payment is received.

3. Dining & Conduct

We welcome guests of all backgrounds and ask that everyone treats our team and fellow guests with respect. The Blue Spice reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if conduct is disruptive, harmful or inappropriate.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted at our venue unless agreed in advance.

4. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

While we take all reasonable steps to accommodate dietary requirements and food allergies, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients including nuts, shellfish, gluten and dairy. Please inform our team of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking and again when ordering. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and include service charge. 7% VAT applies. Credit cards are accepted for bills above THB 4,000. Cash is always accepted.

Prices on our website and menu are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to keep all published pricing accurate and up to date.

6. Photography & Media

By visiting our venue you acknowledge that The Blue Spice may take photographs or videos of the beach, venue and events that may include guests in the background. These may be used for promotional purposes including social media and website content. If you would prefer not to be included, please inform a member of our team upon arrival.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, graphics and copy — is the property of The Blue Spice or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer

We endeavour to ensure all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
